Pause & Paint Co. Return Policy
We want you to love your Pause & Paint Co experience. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns for:
- Items that arrive faulty or damaged
- Items that are incorrectly shipped
Return Window
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Please include clear photos showing the issue when you contact us.
Return Cost
- Return shipping is free for faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
- Customers are not charged for return postage in these cases.
Return Process
- Email pauseandpaintco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
- Once approved, we’ll offer either:
- A replacement item, or
- A full refund to your original payment method.
- We’ll provide instructions for returning the item (if required).
Important Notes
- We do not accept returns for change of mind.
- We do not offer exchanges at this time.
- Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected (if applicable).
- Processing time for refunds is typically 5–10 business days.
